Job Description
Sales customer window for Bosch Connectors.
Listening to Japanese customers requirements and feedback them to Bosch internal stakeholders. Our customers are not only JOEMs but also wire harness makers.
Leading projects with Bosch internal marketing/sales/engineering teams in Japan/Vietnam/Germany/Thailand/India.
Since our products are mainly used with Bosch internal products internal communication and alignment beyond PS division such as VM ME XC is also required.
This position is very dynamic and global scale of job relating with multinational environments.

Qualifications :
- More than 3 years of automotive industry experience (connector or wire harness sales background and experience is highly welcome)
- Proactiveness and patience with open mind to learn work and collaborate in global team
- Resilient and patient mind and attitude in order to make the projects/tasks successful
- Ability to negotiate & align with counterparts at customers & Bosch internal
- English language on business conversation level (>TOEIC 600)
- Fluent in Japanese language to be able to negotiate with customers
