Job Description

We have a wellestablished reputation as the goto provider for application fraud prevention. Our brands like Hunter Detect and FraudNet are well respected in the marketplace for providing enterprise level fraud prevention. You will represent an exciting opportunity to be part of the Business Support & Optimisation team.
Reporting into our Lead Delivery Consultant you will deliver value added service activities designed to maximise return on investment for our existing UK&I Hunter and Fraudnet clients. Working with a team of analysts you will provide excellent client delivery analysis and support across a range of vertical markets. You will work with some of the worlds largest organisations helping them react quickly to market opportunities and conditions and supporting them with complex configuration changes to protect their business and customers from potential fraud attacks.
Qualifications :
- University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content is desirable but not essential
- Understand complex requirements and identify workable solutions
- Experience of implementing software configuration changes
- Experience with data analysis/MI reporting for example using Microsoft Excel SQL SAS or WPS
- Experience working with Databases/XML/JSON/APIs/ServiceNow/JIRA
