Job Description

Helps ensure staff members are aware of all benefit programs including health insurance supplemental insurance leave programs 401(k) and ROTH retierment plans. Interacts with employees providers and benefit programs representatives. Participates in community and employee job fairs benefits fairs and related outreach opportunities. Assists HR team in completing departmental tasks and responsibilities including greeting visitors answering phones taking messages answering questions and other customer service and clerical tasks. Will also assist with future digital on boarding and enrollment of benefits for all CTWS employees when hired.



Requirements

Associate degree in Human Resource Management Business or Public Administration Accounting or related field. Three (3) years of office accounting Human Resources or related experience. A combination of relevant education and related work experience may be considered. Valid Oregon driver s license is required. Must be able to successfully complete a background investigation with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Must have strong attendance and punctuality and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Tribal Human Resources (THP) Certificate/Training highly preferred.
