Job Description

Our client a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences is looking for a "Sourcing Manager Global OEM Delivery" based out of Indianapolis IN.

Duration: LongTerm Contract (Possibility Of FT Conversion after one year)

Location: Indianapolis IN

Pay Rate: $70 $75/hr on W2

Job Summary:

The Sourcing Manager will lead procurement activities for the Sequencing portfolio managing supplier relationships and driving cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves negotiating contracting and managing performance for large complex suppliers ensuring compliance with category guidance policies and procedures. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate with Procurement Business stakeholders and legal teams to execute the procurement process and support contracting activities.

Required skills:

University degree preferably in Business or Supply Chain
5 years in strategic sourcing and complex procurement
7 years of overall business experience including in regulated industries
Strong financial acumen and cost modeling experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in change management process improvement and eSourcing tools

Desired Skills:

International strategic sourcing or cost reduction experience
Life Sciences background
Professional certifications (CIPS ISM)
Experience with enterprise systems and procuretopay tools
