Job Description

ESE Teacher (SPED) Unforgettable Opportunity!

Our organization is actively looking for a fulltime Special Education Teacher for the current academic year. This role guarantees fulltime hours through the end of the school year with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

In this position you will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in a selfcontained classroom ensuring their unique learning needs are met. The ideal candidate will work closely with parents caregivers and school staff to create personalized strategies that foster student growth. Additionally participation in districtled professional development sessions will be expected.

Position Details:

Fulltime role for the current school year with potential renewal.
Design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) that align with student goals.
Provide instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in a selfcontained classroom.
Partner with parents caregivers and a multidisciplinary team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher.
A bachelors degree in Special Education is required; a Masters degree is a plus.
Must hold a valid Ohio Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Special Education (LBS1) endorsement.
