Job Description

Are you passionate about creating a seamless candidate experience and empowering a highperforming team Were looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiting Coordinator Lead to join our team at Wolt!

About the Role

As the Recruiting Coordinator Lead youll lead a team of scheduling ninjas dedicated to providing exceptional support throughout the entire candidate journey. Your team is at the heart of the candidate experience at Wolt managing everything from interview scheduling to communication with candidates. Youll be the direct manager for our recruiting coordinators ensuring they have the guidance tools and support needed to excel in their roles. 

Reporting directly to our Head of Recruiting Operations and working alongside our other RC Lead youll collaborate closely to drive alignment and ensure a unified approach to coordination. In this role youll also work with our Talent Acquisition (TA) leads building strong stakeholder relationships to understand upcoming hiring needs identify sprint timelines and tackle roles requiring extra coordination support. Youll be pivotal in aligning with TA goals optimizing processes and ensuring the candidate experience remains topnotch.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Leading & Managing: Serve as the direct report and mentor for a team of Recruiting Coordinators guiding them in delivering an excellent candidate experience and supporting their development.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with TA leads to stay informed about upcoming hiring sprints and roles that need extra scheduling support ensuring alignment and smooth coordination.

  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in our coordination processes and work closely with your team to implement efficient candidatecentric solutions.

  • Championing Candidate Experience: Keep a pulse on the candidate journey striving to make every touchpointfrom initial outreach to the final interviewa seamless positive experience.


Qualifications :

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing or mentoring a team ideally within a fastpaced recruiting or scheduling environment.

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive partnerships with TA leads and other stakeholders.

  • Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks and projects while keeping a close eye on details ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Process Improvement Mindset: Youre always looking for ways to improve streamline and enhance processes for candidates and team members alike.
