Public Area Attendant
Position Overview
Provide high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all public areas of the hotel. Ensure a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests by maintaining cleanliness hygiene and organization in public spaces. The role requires flexibility and availability including weekends with working hours from 06:30am to 11:30am five days a week 20 Hours Per Week.
Pay Rate 12.50 Per Hour
Main Responsibilities
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all public areas including lobbies corridors restrooms and other guestfacing spaces.
- Perform regular checks to ensure all areas are clean wellstocked and presentable.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to established procedures.
- Ensure timely and efficient collection and disposal of waste and recycling materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining public areas for special events and functions.
- Follow hotel brand standards and procedures for cleaning and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
