Job Description:
Optiremote is seeking an experienced Python Developer for a longterm onsite contract position in Weehawken NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development database design and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills:
Strong competence in Python.
Strong competence in SQL and database design/architectures.
Knowledge of Git version control.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies and ceremonies.
Nice to Have:
Experience with workflow orchestration platforms (especially Apache Airflow).
Understanding of data science/machine learning models.
Experience in or knowledge of R.
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
