Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create Power BI reports as requested.
- Design and implement report templates to meet requirements.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings to support project status tracking.
- Assist in tracking and enhancing AI use cases within the BDO department.
- Assist in Application guideline creation (required demo on PowerPoint done in university)
- Coordinate with projects to streamline data flows.
- Undertake specific tasks on identified projects under the supervision of a Mentor.
Qualifications :
Must have:
- 3rd year or 4th year student can arrange schedule to work fulltime (40h/ week)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of VBA Excel analysis skills and
- Flexible approach with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work independently referencing senior colleagues or mentors when necessary.
