At TLC Worldwide were revolutionizing the loyalty and rewards industry and were looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to help write our next chapter. Based in our vibrant New York headquarters youll be at the helm of our demand generation initiatives crafting compelling strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen our market position.

What Youll Do:

Transform marketing strategies into measurable business results by:

  • Architecting and executing comprehensive demand generation campaigns that align marketing with sales objectives
  • Leading innovative multichannel initiatives across PR media and events including cuttingedge webinar programs
  • Leveraging marketing automation and AI to deliver highquality leads that drive revenue
  • Building datadriven dashboards that showcase marketing impact and inform strategic decisions
  • Managing budget allocation and ROI tracking across all demand generation activities
  • Fostering strong relationships with crossfunctional teams including RevOps Sales Finance and Customer Success

What Were Looking For:

  • 35 years of proven demand generation experience preferably in B2B marketing
  • Track record of successful campaign development and execution
  • Expert knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (D365 Dot Digital Yesware)
  • Strong background in digital marketing and ABM strategies
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (Masters preferred)
  • Sharp analytical mindset with exceptional problemsolving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in loyalty and rewards industry is a plus
