Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and implement PeopleSoft applications and modules (including but not limited to HR Finance and Supply Chain Management).
- Customize and configure PeopleSoft components pages records and workflows.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements perform gap analysis and develop technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PeopleSoft applications both in production and development environments.
- Maintain system stability security and performance by following best practices and conducting regular system monitoring.
- Integrate PeopleSoft applications with other systems and technologies using middleware APIs or flat files.
- Perform data migrations and upgrades in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide technical documentation for development work and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Support system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting activities.
- Stay updated on new PeopleSoft releases patches and emerging technologies relevant to PeopleSoft development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Developer with a strong understanding of PeopleTools PeopleCode Application Engine and Application Packages.
- Experience with PeopleSoft integration tools such as Integration Broker File Layouts and Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft databases (SQL Application Designer and PeopleSoft Query).
- Experience in customizing PeopleSoft modules (HRMS Finance Supply Chain etc.) and creating customizations based on business needs.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface (UI) design and development.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and/or newer versions.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Upgrade and Patch processes.
- Experience with security and roles management in PeopleSoft.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Certification in PeopleSoft development or related technologies.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
