Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated PMO to join our dynamic team in Porto. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model combining remote and onsite collaboration. If you are passionate about project management have a strong commitment to quality and possess excellent coordination skills we want to hear from you!
Tasks
- Identify assess and follow up on project risks.
- Drive project coordination and maintain high motivation levels within the team.
- Apply systematic logical and critical thinking to project management processes.
- Synthesize complex information and present clear insights.
- Act as a committed and demanding change manager to ensure project success.
Requirements
Essential:
- French language (C1 level mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years experience as PMO.
- Risk identification and followup.
- Coordination and motivation skills.
- Systematic logical and critical thinking.
- Synthesis capabilities.
- Be committed demanding and change manager.
Desirable:
