Job Description

The Opportunity
The Test Lead will be responsible for leading the testing team in executing Computer System Validation (CSV) projects. The role focuses on managing the validation process ensuring thorough testing and documentation to meet regulatory requirements in GxP environments.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Lead and coordinate testing efforts for CSV projects.
- Develop test plans scripts and validation protocols in line with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Test Manager and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Ensure test execution follows industry regulations like FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
- Review test scripts and oversee execution tracking defects and ensuring resolution.
- Assist in the documentation of testing and validation efforts for audit and compliance purposes.
- Mentor junior testers and ensure they are equipped with CSV knowledge.
Your Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years focusing on CSV.
- Strong experience in SAP technology.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements especially in pharmaceutical/life sciences.
- Familiarity with GxP 21 CFR Part 11 and other industry standards.
- Leadership experience in guiding and managing test teams.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Experience in Life Sciences or process manufacturing industries particularly in sectors such as pharmaceutical medical devices medical manufacturing and chemicals would be advantageous.
