Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated German Customer Service Representative to join our remote team with accommodation provided in Porto Portugal. This role requires flexibility and involves working on a rotational shift schedule. Monday to Friday shifts are from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM while weekends are from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Occasionally you may be required to work until 07:00 PM. You will also have 2 rotating days off each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in German via phone email and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries address issues and provide clear accurate product information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving concerns and offering effective solutions.
- Stay updated on product offerings and services to deliver accurate and relevant assistance.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system ensuring followup when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company processes and guidelines to ensure a consistent service standard.
- Be flexible with your working hours adapting to occasional schedule changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customerfirst approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced remote environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including occasional evening shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal (if applicable).
