Job Description
Home Instead takes a unique personcentred approach to home care which benefits both clients and the team. Clients are supported to live as independently as possible by Care Professionals that they come to know well and who visit for a minimum of an hour at a time.
Care Professionals duties are tailored to the needs of individual clients and can range from meal preparation light housekeeping postdischarge care to personal care. All whilst building and maintaining a professional but caring relationship.
Skills such as being friendly chatty and approachable are very valuable and essential in this role as much of the care given is companionship based and having someone nice to talk is guaranteed to always leave a smile on somebodys face.
Qualifications :
If you have not worked in care before then please do not worry its your kind caring nature that will be invaluable to the client. If you have a passion for caring and you are looking for work which is extremely rewarding and have a high degree of flexibility to meet our clients needs we are keen to hear from you. We would love to know more about you and what interests you in becoming a Care Professional with Home Instead Bristol East and would be delighted to provide you with all the training care experience and support youll need.
It is only essential that you have your own vehicle so that you can get about to see the clients.
