Job Description
As an Associate Partner Operations Manager (f/m/d) you will play a crucial role in supporting the Contentful Global Partnerships team. You will be responsible for facilitating seamless operational processes maintaining partner data integrity providing analytical support to Partner Leadership and generating insightful reports and dashboards to help drive the Partnerships Business. Reporting directly to the Manager Global Partner Operations this role demands an individual who is exceptionally organized proactive analytical and detailoriented.
What to expect- Define implement and govern efficient operational processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of partnerships data in Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain partnerships performance metrics dashboards and reports.
- Support on enablement initiatives for external partners and internal team
- Work through our ticketing system Jira to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Work crossfunctionally with the RevOps Enablement Sales Marketing Customer Success and Business System teams on datarelated projects.
- Develop and maintain highquality documentation.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Data Analytics or a related field.
- 13 years experience in partner management business development or operations.
- Strong communication interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical problemsolving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and familiarity with Salesforce CRM (certification is a plus).
- Detailoriented and capable of managing multiple tasks with a high work ethic.
