Job Description Summary

Expert within chosen area of work.
Analyze & create Solutions to Complex technical problems.
Performs Quality checks for complex tasks and internal Technical reviews.
Drive Technical discussions with customer SMEs and support product reviews.
Work with SLDMs in identification and development of mistake proofing solutions to improve quality.
Support Go to Market teams on POCs and Bids.
Participate in Technical feasibility studies for identified automation proposals.
Competency management & Mentoring associates in collaboration with discipline managers.
Development of standard work & training content.
Publish whitepapers and write Blogs.
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering and relevant experience in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering domain.

Job Description

8 years direct work experience with PLM Systems Strategy Roadmap Implementation and Support.
Experience in the Aerospace Industry is preferred.
Experience in Product and Engineering processes related to PLM Solutions.
Experience with CATIA Teamcenter TCIC and TC Vis with development tools and processes with PLM information system infrastructure components.
Experience in CATIA Scripts development.
Experience in Teamcenter Administration.
Solution Implementation and system upgrade decisions Change Management
decisions working with the team Handle Production support issues and
provide satisfactory resolution according to the Service Level Agreement.
Help maintain the PLM system with 100% uptime.

Key responsibilities
o Monitor IS ticketing system Manage the ticket priority Escalation and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide Application and Process Support for CATIA TCIC Teamcenter and Teamcenter Visualization.
o Design and Develop CATIA Customization solutions.
o Responsible for the administration of CATIA and Teamcenter Environments.
o Contribute to Enhancing the Application and User Experience.
o Manage and administer the Teamcenter dispatcher services.
o Work with a development team to help develop test cases and perform Regression testing and User acceptance testing.
o Develop/update support documentation for both the internal team and endusers.
o Prepare internal and external reports in support of Product Support initiatives. Maintain databases and provide quality oversight to ensure data is consistent and accurate.
o Onboarding and Offboarding of User Accounts Work with leadership team to create and enhance vision and strategy for PLM in the eco system of other Enterprise applications.
Qualification
o Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related
o field required Masters degree is preferred
