Description
- As a Business Analyst Consultant you blend deep experience in health care benefits and product development with a passion for analysis harnessing technology to solve complex business problems while focusing to deliver and implement technology solutions within a digital experience.

- You will work closely with a Product Owner (Squad Leader) and technology teams to create prioritize and maintain the product backlog as well as translate business requirements to technical resources to focus the team on delivering business solutions with the highest customer value. The Team
- The Business Analyst (BA) is a member of the Fidelity Health Customer Solutions Business Analyst Chapter which supports product development across multiple health care domains.
- The BA works on a multifunctional Agile scrum team (squad) collaborating with technology and business customers to develop and implement product and service features in health care applications from inception to delivery. This is a newly created squad tasked with building a new HIPAA compliant Salesforce instance which will integrate both participant details and vendor data to create a scalable support model and an improved experience for Fidelitys Reimbursement Account customers.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelors degree required
- 58 years Business/Systems Analyst experience ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment with demonstrable ability to work across multiple multifunctional teams
- Experience interacting with internal or external customers to find opportunities for improvement within current systems eliciting new product requirements and gathering/incorporating feedback from those partners on proposed solutions
- Experience with building Salesforce solutions using standard configuration capabilities in Salesforce a plus
- Experience with product development that is subject to regulation and legal review and approval
- Foundational understanding of software architecture concepts and API development
- Solid understanding of health care and/or benefits administration and/or product development
- Shown expertise in various business analysis methodologies and techniques including data analysis use case development story writing user acceptance testing and product documentation
- Skilled in MS Word Excel PowerPoint Visio; Experience with JIRA or similar agile backlog management and testing tool
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP ) certification or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus

The Value You Deliver
- Working in a Scrum Agile environment to deliver software
- Leading and conducting business analyses to formulate and make recommendations
- Identifying and defining solutions to business problems thorough creation and documentation of systems and process specifications
- Creating documenting and leading scrum team backlog (writing user stories / acceptance criteria supporting prioritization running refinement sessions etc.)
- Collaborate closely with business partners internal customers development teams external vendors and QA on plans project management requirements design testing and implementation of solutions throughout the development lifecycle
- Supporting deployment business readiness and solution enablement e.g. defining and documenting enablement tasks supporting user procedure documentation creation and delivery of solution training to internal teams and communication
