Job Description
Job Title: System Integration Engineer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze system requirements and design integration solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop test and deploy integration solutions using APIs middleware and other technologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure systems are effectively integrated and operational.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation including integration processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards during system integration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance integration capabilities.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Integration Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of system architecture networking and software development.
- Proficiency in integration tools and technologies such as RESTful APIs SOAP and middleware platforms.
- Experience with scripting and programming languages like Python Java or C#.
- Experience with database management systems and query languages (e.g. SQL).
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms like MuleSoft Dell Boomi or TIBCO.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Certification in system integration or related technologies is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
