RN - Telemetry

Duties: Job Summary: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment planning implementation and evaluation to provide delegate supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Skills: Required Skills & Experience: Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients families and hospital personnel. Preferred Skills & Experience: N/A

Education: Required Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Preferred Education: Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN). Required Certification & Licensure: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. BLS Preferred Certification & Licensure: N/A This is the pay range that RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for this position however as a supplier your expected pay range may vary and/or include certain benefits like: Stipends (for clinical traveler workers only) Medical Dental Vision 401K. Schedule Notes: *13 week contract with potential to extend/convert * *REQUIRED: Current MI RN licensure BLS & ACLS certifications through AHA 2 years telemetry/stepdown experience must be able to read ECG while printing patient assessment skills are paramount. * Candidate will be working between three different locations: 2799 W Grand Blvd Detroit MI 19401 Hubbard Dr Dearborn MI 3500 15 Mile Rd Sterling Heights MI Candidates will be administering stress tests TEEs and assisting with lab related items on floor as needed to support ED/CDU. Assessment skills will be of the upmost importance as the RN will be monitoring patients during stress tests and will need to be able to react to changes in patient condition with speed and accuracy. Weekends will be two RNs on schedule weekends are rotational Schedules are created 56 weeks in advance with weekly reminders Manager will be calling candidates directly to schedule video interviews if a candidate is in Client Review status please notify them to expect a call.
