Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and handson Project Manager for a 6month freelance contract.The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects involving advanced technological solutions within industries such as manufacturing industrial equipment or automation. Familiarity with driving initiatives such as CRM implementations optimizing sales processes and developing strategies to enhance career paths and employee engagement is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets.
- Lead and motivate crossfunctional project teams to achieve defined objectives.
- Identify and manage project risks implementing mitigation strategies when needed.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among stakeholders team members and clients.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management.
- Manage project resources including personnel equipment and materials.
- Ensure project deliverables meet highquality standards and exceed client expectations.
- Analyze project performance and introduce process improvements as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between project goals and organizational objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of project management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Trello).
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage crossfunctional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
