Job Description:

Overview:

Windowstein a leader in the manufacturing of highquality UPVC windows and doors is seeking an organized and detailoriented Data and Stock Keeper to manage the inventory maintain stock records and ensure accurate data management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by tracking raw materials and finished products and maintaining an uptodate inventory system.
Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
  • Maintained accurate records of stock levels ensuring that both raw materials and finished products were tracked efficiently.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile them with stock records to avoid discrepancies.
  • Organize and categorize stock to optimize warehouse space and accessibility.

Data Entry & Record Keeping:
  • Input and maintain data related to inventory stock movements and transactions in the companys inventory management system.
  • Ensure that data is updated regularly and that any changes in stock quantities deliveries or production schedules are accurately recorded.
  • Generate reports based on stock levels movements and discrepancies for management review.
Stock Replenishment & Ordering:
  • Monitor stock levels and notify the relevant department when materials or products are low to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in placing orders for materials tracking deliveries and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
Quality Control and Inspection:
  • Ensure that stock is stored correctly and is in good condition.
  • Report any damaged or expired stock and assist in maintaining a high standard of quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in stock storage and handling.
Stock Movement & Distribution:
  • Coordinate with production teams to track stock consumption and ensure that materials are available for manufacturing processes.
  • Assist in preparing and dispatching tch of finished goods ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain and organize all documentation related to stock and inventory including purchase orders receipts and delivery notes.
  • Prepare and provide inventory reports including stock levels stock value and turnover rates.
  • Support management by tracking and reporting on the movement of materials and products.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with procurement production and logistics teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products.
  • Provide data and insights to assist other departments in decisionmaking.
Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or certification in logistics supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in inventory management or data entry ideally in the manufacturing or uPVC window industry.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel (for tracking and reporting stock).
  • Experience with inventory management systems (ERP software) is a plus.
Organizational Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
Communication:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and report effectively to supervisors.

ProblemSolving:
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and take action to resolve stock or datarelated issues promptly.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle physical stock management duties.
  • Knowledge of safety standards for inventory handling and storage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required to ensure stock movements align with production schedules.
