Job Description

Performs a variety of routine and/or complex analysis on clinical specimen in all areas of the laboratory. Fulfills requirements for QC QA instrument maintenance and inventory control. Interacts professionally with physicians nurses patients and coworkers.
Requirement description :

2 Years of Experience Required
Phlebotomy Experience Required
Blood Bank Experience Highly Preferred
ASCP or AMT Required

Work history
Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
Candidates Permanent Address (Applicants within 50 miles of facility are not eligible)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

ASCP
BLS (AHA)

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Every Weekend Friday Sat Sun
On Call Requirements : No Call
