Job Description
Requirement description :
- min of 1 year OT experience in OP hand & neuro experience
- splinting skills needed
- CA OT & BLS (AHA) must be active
- Primarily adult population however will work with all age groups
Profile Requirements:
- Work History going back at least 3 years if applicable to Assignment
- Skills Checklist
- At least 1 supervisor reference included.... 2nd to be obtained during onboarding
- Licenses & Certifications
- COVID Vaccination card w/ booster if applicable
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
