Job Description

We are seeking a resultsdriven OTA Optimization Specialist to join our team reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships. This role is crucial for maximizing the performance of key accounts on Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms. The ideal candidate will combine datadriven insights with a strategic mindset to drive account optimization and deliver measurable improvements.

You will take ownership of analyzing account performance identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans to enhance visibility conversion and revenue. In addition you will build and maintain strong working relationships with OTA partners and internal stakeholders ensuring that all partnership goals are met.

We collaborate closely with Sales Success Marketing RevOps Product R&D and other teams to reach our targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize OTA performance: Optimize property listings pricing and availability to increase visibility and booking potential on OTA platforms.
  • Data analysis & insights: Regularly monitor and analyze key metrics to identify performance gaps growth opportunities and trends. Develop action plans to address these areas and improve overall performance.
  • System updates & content management: Implement necessary updates in systems including rate adjustments content improvements and availability settings to enhance channel performance.
  • Partner relationship management: Build strong collaborative relationships with OTA optimization teams ensuring alignment on strategies and best practices.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends: Track and analyze OTA platform changes such as algorithm updates new features or emerging partnership opportunities. Proactively suggest initiatives to take advantage of these developments.
  • Reporting & stakeholder communication: Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to internal teams and key stakeholders highlighting progress and next steps.
  • Ad hoc projects: Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned.


What are we looking for

  • 2 years of experience in travel industry revenue management OTA distribution or hotel operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data identify trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • A proactive selfstarter attitude with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.
  • A high English level is a must Spanish is an advantage other languages are beneficial.
  • Ability to build trust & engagement.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply.
  • Collaborative approach and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the OTA and channel management landscape with a keen interest in industry trends and innovations.
