You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently on the lookout for our next Conference & Events Attendant to join our fun and exciting team. As a C&E attendant you will be front line for all our guests wants and needs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You will be looking after all types of events from corporate boardroom functions to weddings and birthday celebrations. This is a Casual position and will require flexibility within your availability. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Have a minimum 12 months experience in a luxury hotel environment
Be highly organised and able to effectively manage priorities
Strong focus on guest and team relations. Initiate contact and establish rapport easily
Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation/interpersonal skills
Handle tasks carefully and correctly be thorough and exact in details with a sense of urgency
Display high energy levels and demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
Remain calm and effective in high volume work situations
Be good team player; contribute to and assist coworkers without being asked
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings evenings weekends and public holidays
Valid RSA
