Job Description
Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a fulltime clinical Hematologist/Oncologist. High caliber quality focused innovative physicians should apply to join our cancer center team to expand and provide care to our West Michigan communities.
Job Description:
- Perform fullspectrum hematology and oncology patient care including new patient referrals active treatment and followup care
- Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for patients families and staff
- Provider will be going between the two facilities:
Trinity Health Richard J. Lacks Sr. Cancer CenterTrinity Health Johnson Family Cancer Center
- Comprehensive multidisciplinary oncology service line with network access to subspecialties such as:
Radiation Oncology
Neuro Oncology
Surgical Oncology
Gynecologic Oncology
Breast Thoracic and Colorectal surgery - Expansive Cancer Network serving West Michigan and the Lake Michigan shoreline
- Extensive Primary Care referral network for strong patient support
- Full complement of ancillary support staff and programs including:
- Advanced Practice Providers
- Infusion services
- Care Management
- Social Work
- Nurse Navigation
- Nurse triage
- Research and Clinical Trials
- Laboratory and Pharmacy
- Genetics and Financial Counseling
- Program marketing to enhance outreach and patient engagement
- Partnering team of specialists for coordinated patient care
- Affiliation with the University of Michigan for access to cuttingedge research and resources
- Open to new graduates (and must be boardcertified within 2 years)
- Not accepting Locums candidates
Compensation and Benefits:

Requirement description :
- Fellowshiptrained REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 2 years of eligibility) REQUIRED
- MI license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice PREFERRED
- DEA (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- BLS ACLS (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- Does the provider require visa support J1 or H1B (note in Additional Submission Details field) REQUIRED
