Job Description
Fixture Design Engineer
Location: Raymond OH (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Required Skillset:
- Minimum of 3 years in fixture or related design work ideally in automotive aerospace or
similar environments. - Proficiency in CATIA V6 (with some knowledge of V5 a plus) capable of working independently
and mentoring others in best practices. - Understanding of automotive body part datums machining and fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure precision in designs.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles to support fixture integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional
teams. - BS in Engineering or a related discipline.
Bonus Skillset:
Seeking V6 Surfacing Abilities.
Wide background of prototyping and manufacturing skills is highly preferred.
Previous experience in an R&D environment.
