Job Title Systems Analyst
Type Hybrid
location Richmond VA

Description
- Analyze and support healthcare claims processing systems including MMIS and MES modules with a focus on data conversion mapping rules validation and ETL design.
- Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and EndtoEnd Testing (E2E) for MES modules COTS applications and system integrations.
- Manage defect triage calls involving multiple vendors and systems ensuring timely tracking and resolution of issues.
- Develop and execute test cases prepare test data and verify software changes while serving as a liaison between developers and business users.
- Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders maintaining detailed test documentation including test summaries and execution metrics.

Skills & Experience :
- 10 years of experience in Data Analysis
- 10 years of knowledge of programming logic
- 10 years of experience in data conversion mapping and rules
- 10 years of experience in ETL design
- 10 years of experience with evaluating and presenting conversion results
- 10 years of experience with a large Scale Claims Processing Software
- 7 years of experience with Mainframes Testing
- 7 years of experience with TeraData Queries
- 10 years of experience with Test Scenario Development Test Case Creation Test Data Preparation Test Case Execution Defect Tracking Metrics reporting
- 7 years of experience with coordination of SIT UAT and End2End Testing activities on a large scale project
