Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to provide functional support for core business applications and expand system configuration capabilities. This role is instrumental in delivering integrated business and information solutions while ensuring the organization’s core applications meet operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
System Management & Support
- Maintain core business applications as standard and ensure they are used as designed.
- Monitor and improve application performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for endusers developers and vendors for system support and implementation initiatives.
- Provide functional and nonfunctional documentation for applications.
- Create develop and support interfaces for core business systems.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead the Application Team and collaborate with the Super User Network to enhance processes.
- Guide team members on process improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Actively support organizational growth through mergers acquisitions and infrastructure enhancements.
Analysis & Configuration
- Analyze business requirements and enterprisewide impacts of system changes.
- Translate business needs into technical designs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Develop new configurations by analyzing requirements and system capabilities.
Project Management
- Define user requirements and create use cases.
- Develop work instructions and requirements documents through user interviews and research.
- Implement and adhere to change management methodologies to ensure consistent project quality.
- Conduct usability reviews and provide enduser training on core applications.
Continuous Improvement
- Research new technologies to align business applications with strategic goals.
- Recommend and document improvement procedures to address system challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in an operational role.
- 10 years of experience in application review and configuration for enterpriselevel business initiatives.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (Infor SyteLine/CSI) including modeling reengineering and optimizing applications.
- Proficient in business requirements elicitation solution design and user acceptance testing.
- Experience with systems integration in complex environments.
- Leadership experience with the ability to plan and organize workloads effectively.
- Expertise in SQL Server (2016) SSRS and SSIS; knowledge of Infor SyteLine and business intelligence tools is a plus.

- Exceptional problemsolving capabilities.
- Experience in field service environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical or electrical skills are an asset.

- Availability for occasional evening and weekend work.
- Travel requirements will vary based on project needs
- Physical ability to conduct training sessions presentations and meetings.
