Italian Content Moderator

Porto Portugal (Onsite 100%)

Base Salary:
1000 per 14 months
Language Bonus:
200 per 12 months

Relocation Package:
- Airfare Reimbursement:
Up to 400 (economy class) after the 6th month of the contract. - Accommodation Support:
Shared apartment accommodation (room) for up to 12 months with rent of 280/month (utilities included) directly deducted from the salary.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
- Italian: C1 level (fluent in written and verbal communication).
- English: B2 level (intermediate written and verbal).
- Skills:
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Attention to detail and dependability in performing tasks.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Tolerance for repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professionalism and patience when handling customer interactions.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in a related field (e.g. customer service content moderation).
- Education:
- Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
- Customer Service Orientation:
- A strong customercentric approach with the ability to manage and resolve complaints effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
- Content Moderation:
Review and moderate online content including videos images complaints and legal notices related to copyright issues. - Platform Auditing:
Ensure that content uploaded on a popular social media platform adheres to the platforms policies and guidelines. - Data Accuracy & Compliance:
Auditing and updating content ensuring that all services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and comply with data protection laws. - Customer Engagement:
Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and ensure any legal notices are reviewed and responded to according to the companys guidelines. - Product Knowledge:
Continuously update knowledge of the clients products and services to ensure content moderation aligns with industry standards. - Adherence to Guidelines:
Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to content and user data protection.
