Home & Co is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our Home & Co in Pamplona. If you are an enthusiastic and customerfocused individual with a passion for hospitality this is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our commitment to redefining modern living.
Tasks
- Prompt and polished customer service catering to guests / tenants needs during their stay
- Effective oversight and management of both reception and administrative facets
- Management of reservation availability and logistics
- Personalized and attentive telephone etiquette
- Efficient execution of checkin and checkout processes
- Systematic recording monitoring and resolution of daytoday issues as they arise
- Smooth coordination and seamless communication with other departments including housekeeping and maintenance
- Ongoing collaboration and open lines of communication with the Reception Manager
- Flexibility to accommodate rotational shifts spanning mornings and afternoons
Requirements
- Proficiency in the English & Spanish language
- Attainment of an Advanced Vocational Degree in Hospitality and Tourism
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to handle telephone communications adeptly
- Aptitude for exceptional customer service (requiring patience and tact)
- Team integration and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite
- Residency in Pamplona and its environs is an indispensable requirement
