Minimum Experience: 6 years
Location: San Antonio (4 days work from office)
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Practices: Organize and lead Scrum events such as daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Coordinate RPA Projects: Ensure that Automation Anywhere projects are aligned with Agile methodologies and deliver value efficiently
- Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the progress of RPA teams
- Coach and Mentor: Guide team members in Agile practices and help them understand the nuances of Automation Anywhere
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the RPA team and stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication
- Monitor Progress: Track the progress of Automation Anywhere projects using Agile tools and metrics ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
Skills:
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks
- Automation Anywhere Knowledge: Well versed with Automation Anywhere tools and technologies
- Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with collection and Disputes processes and FCRA MIG SCRA regulations at client
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration between team members and stakeholders able to handle banking clients resolving collection process queries
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate the team while fostering a positive work environment
- ProblemSolving: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve team efficiency
Note Experience in banking processes on Collection and SCRA preferred.
Banking experience in serving military members desirable.
