We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills to fulfill this essential operational role in support of our real estate brokerage and property management services. General office duties include answering phones document preparation data entry mail filing and maintaining electronic records. Must be able to communicate clearly both over the phone and in writing. Ideal candidates will be adept at solving problems collaborative on making processes more efficient and able to work independently. Position is 2025 hours per week MF.
