Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with Agile experience and an active MBI clearance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development experience working in Agile environments and the ability to support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will work on missioncritical applications that support government projects ensuring high performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain Javabased applications and microservices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment to deliver highquality software solutions.
- Develop and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with thirdparty services.
- Utilize modern development frameworks such as Spring Boot Hibernate and Apache Kafka.
- Ensure application security and compliance with government standards.
- Perform code reviews debugging and optimization for performance and scalability.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support deployment CI/CD pipelines and cloudbased infrastructure where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- Active MBI Clearance (Minimum Background Investigation).
- 7 years of strong experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot Hibernate and RESTful API development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with Git Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL MySQL or Oracle.
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with government agencies or federal contracts.
- Certification in Agile AWS or Javarelated technologies.
EDUCATION
Candidate must also have a Bachelors degree.
