Job Description
- Experience: 2 years of experience as a CNA in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or LongTerm Care (LTC) settings.
- License: Michigan state CNA license
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Covid card
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Document patient care and report any changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Utilize EPIC EMR or other electronic medical record systems for accurate documentation.
- Provide care in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and LongTerm Care (LTC) settings leveraging two years of experience in these environments.
