Job Description
Job Title: Alexa Engineer
Location: Hybrid Role (3Days Onsite/week) in Needham MA 02494
Duration: 23 Months Contract with possible extensions.
Interview process: Phone followed by Video Interview.
Job Description:
- Design architect and develop scalable robust Alexa skills using best practices and design patterns
- Implement robust and scalable voice applications using AWS Lambda and other AWS services.
- Lead and develop the technical implementation of Alexa skills from concept to deployment
- Navigate the Alexa skill certification process ensuring all skills meet Amazons guidelines and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during the certification process.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of Alexa certification requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze skill performance making necessary updates and improvements.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to the team and perform code reviews
- Collaborate with product managers UX designers and developers to create voice experiences
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Alexa skill architectures
- Ensure code quality performance and security standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
