Job Description
In collaboration we are working with a leading B2B solution provider looking to recruit a Games Presenter Team Manager for their Gaming Studios in Bogot Colombia.
Position: Games Presenter Team Manager
Location: Bogot Colombia
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to staff through coaching and mentoring.
- Oversee and manage staff in line with company policies including supervision absence management and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting clear communication and holding regular team meetings.
- Assess individual and team learning needs and collaborate with the learning and development team to create training plans.
- Support learning and development initiatives to align with company goals and targets.
- Ensure all services align with the companys core values policies procedures and KPIs.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (B2) both written and spoken.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A degree or qualification in Management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
- Proficiency in PC usage and Office 365 applications.
- Strong communication leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with excellent time management and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
