Job Description
Were seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong Java backend and React frontend expertise. This role is open to senior candidates who are passionate about making an impact. As part of our high performing team youll work on diverse challenging projects ranging from modernising enterprise platforms to developing innovative digital solutions. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design build and deliver applications that delight users and meet business needs.

Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Applications: Build scalable secure and highperformance web applications.
API and Microservices Development: Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using modern frameworks and tools.
Code Quality Assurance: Ensure high code quality through unit testing code reviews and adherence to best practices.
Software Development Lifecycle: Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including planning coding testing deployment and support.
Qualifications :
- Technical Expertise: Depth commercial experience working with React and Java technologies including familiarity with Javabased frameworks such as Spring Boot or Hibernate.
Versatility: Experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer working across modern technologies and frameworks with a willingness to support client projects on a variety of technologies.
Learning Agility: Enthusiasm for continuing to learn new technologies as required across client projects.
Code Craftsmanship: Ability to craft highquality maintainable and efficient code that meets requirements.
Cloud Experience: Depth experience with any of the following cloudbased solutions: AWS GCP or Azure.
Best Practices: A solid understanding of coding best practices design patterns and security with the ability to collaborate effectively with team member.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and impactfully with internal and external stakeholders.
DevOps Practices: Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
