Qualifications :

  • Formao superior em Administrao Economia Agronegcio ou reas correlatas.
  • Experincia comprovada em inteligncia de mercado Growth Planejamento Comercial.
  • Importante ter a viso de crdito preferencialmente no setor agrcola.
  • Habilidades analticas e de resoluo de problemas com capacidade de interpretar dados complexos e tomar decises informadas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicao e apresentao com capacidade de influenciar e engajar stakeholders em todos os nveis.
  • Conhecimento das ferramentas de anlise de mercado e software de planejamento comercial.
  • Proatividade liderana e capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinmico e desafiador.

QUAIS SERO S SUAS PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Anlise de dados dos clientes atuais com o objetivo de propor alavancas de crescimento de receita para o mercado B2B.
  • Conduzir anlises de mercado detalhadas para identificar tendncias oportunidades e riscos no setor Agro (Credito Sustentabilidade ESG e Sensoriamento Remoto.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratgias de planejamento comercial para alavancar vendas alinhadas com os objetivos da empresa.
  • Colaborar com equipes internas incluindo vendas marketing e operaes para garantir a execuo eficaz das estratgias de mercado.
  • Monitorar e analisar o desempenho da carteira de clientes propondo ajustes e melhorias conforme necessrio com foco em adoo das solues rentabilizao com xsell / upsell e fidelizao.
  • Elaborar relatrios e apresentaes para a alta administrao fornecendo insights e recomendaes baseadas em dados.
  • Manterse atualizado sobre as regulamentaes e polticas do setor garantindo conformidade com as normas vigentes.
  • Gerenciar e desenvolver a equipe de inteligncia de mercado promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e de alta performance.
