Job Description
- Execute the project management and drive customer communications related to Ventions turnkey projects.
- Program automated cells and robotic applications using Python and Ventions programming interface.
- Install configure deploy and commission Ventions turnkey projects at the client site focusing on hardware integration and software integration.
- Provide feedback on potential improvements to relevant teams (Product Applications Sales Marketing) making sure the learnings from delivery are resolved for future deliveries
- Own the initial postcommissioning support for the client.
- Create and maintain an improvement roadmap to continuously improve and optimize the endtoend delivery process
- Create and refine the documentation related to the Delivery process to ultimately hand off the execution to different teams
- Support the presale process with testing and product expertise
- Ensure the work area is wellorganized and functional
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fastpaced work environment
- Python programming experience
- Bachelors degree in automation or robotics engineering or related field experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive problem solver capable of identifying/reporting issues and generating solutions
- Attention to detail in the context of customer satisfaction
- Able to travel (25%) between Canada and United States
- Ability to split time 75% Lachine office and 25% St Henri office
