Role Overview
This position involves the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of security audiovisual (AV) and networking systems in residential and commercial spaces to meet clients high expectations and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure security AV and networking systems based on customer requirements
- Conduct diagnostic tests and perform repairs where necessary to ensure optimal system performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Keep detailed logs of work performed and inventory used
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all installations and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
Essential Qualifications
- Proficiency in security systems AV setup and network configurations
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant certifications in security systems networking or AV technologies are a plus
Work Environment
The position involves working both indoors and outdoors potentially in various weather conditions. Physical demands include standing lifting and using tools for an extended period.
