Job Description
Manage Linux security model on Data Warehouse ETL servers.
Handle Teradata security and access.
Oversee Common Batch Framework and Common Scheduler to ensure reliable data availability.
Manage Data Warehouse change management infrastructure including code and ddl promotions.
Migrate separate MDHHS Data Warehouses to Common Processes.
Enforce DW standards and processes in line with SOM policies and procedures.
Conduct elevated access and user audits.
Mitigate any audit findings and provide input to SSPs.
Manage Data Warehouse Continuity Planning and testing.
Provide support for escalated Data Warehouse issues.
Minimum 12 years of experience with Teradata.
Minimum 10 years of experience with SQL and shell scripting.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Linux.
Experience supporting the loading of data from multiple source systems.
Provide training and technical expertise to development teams.
Ability to work independently within a collaborative team and make decisions in line with State of Michigan and MDHHS/DTMB policies.
