Collect internal and external business insights to support the development of digital strategy and roadmap prepare digital strategy communication internal & external.

Based on prioritized business justification budget constraints and risk analysis coordinate the communication across key stakeholders manage project portfolio and track project status

maintain regular communication on digital strategy and project with global and region team build up the communication channel and mechanism facilitate the local implementation of global project

work with GA and administration team to manage the CEC operation in Chengdu keep updating business impact analysis seek optimization.

Lead the beauty advisor team to deliver qualified instore service for consumer education supporting digital teams consumer campaigns execution.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree and above required
• Minimum 3 years at TNT or digital marketing (social media advs and etc.) in consumer health /cosmeceutical/ ecommerce related industry internet company experience will be highly preferred.
• Strong logic thinking great attention to details and strong customercentric mindset
• Process and project management skills ability to work with ambiguity and resilience
• Good negotiation and communication skill team spirit and a cando attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
