We have the exciting opportunity to welcome a dedicated Assistant Reservations Manager to join the Front Office team on a full time basis. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager this role will be a champion to the reservations function and will be pivotal in managing the hotels bookings to deliver exceptional guest experience. You will work in parallel to other Front Office Duty Managers as well as train Guest Service Agents in the process of managing group bookings and room allocations as well as processing commissions form third party bookings.
