Job Description
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Team Member in the heart of London! Were seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to contribute to our kitchens success and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
- Prepare cook and present highquality dishes including meat fish and vegetables according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Properly store and rotate food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
- Assist in adjusting menu items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
- Ensure adequate supplies of clean utensils crockery and other kitchen equipment
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and frontofhouse staff to maintain smooth operations
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced setting
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment
- Strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of proper food storage and rotation practices
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
