Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing sales teams with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role. You will be a handson playermanager leading by example while driving the performance of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and motivate a highperforming sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Act as a playermanager actively participating in sales activities while overseeing team performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews providing coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure sales team compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager with a strong track record of overseeing and guiding Business Development Managers to achieve outstanding results.
- At least 2 consecutive years of stable employment within the same company and industry
- Strong background in the professional services industry specifically in finance banking or insurance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage motivate and lead a successful sales team.
- A playermanager approach with a handson approach to driving sales initiatives candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while successfully managing and leading a sales team to achieve collective success
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
