We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Gaming Equipment Manager. This role requires a keen understanding of gaming equipment management an organised approach and a passion for ensuring seamless gaming operations through optimal equipment functionality and availability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of gaming equipment inventory ensuring tools are readily available and functional.
- Conduct regular inspections of gaming equipment such as roulette balls and playing cards to identify and address defects or deviations from standards.
- Coordinate the procurement process managing orders for equipment and spare parts to ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
- Handle administrative tasks including tracking inventory updates managing testing tools and maintaining records while ensuring detailed reports and logs are kept up to date.
- Organize and oversee team tasks provide performance evaluations and support staff training to enhance efficiency and skill development.
- Develop and implement standardized workflows procedures and KPIs to improve productivity and align operations with industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve issues with gaming equipment proactively addressing challenges effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with departments such as Training Risk/Surveillance and HR to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management including updates on team performance KPIs and budget reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies industry regulations and safety standards maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing workplace health and safety.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Serbian speaker (C1 level) with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in gaming or equipment management.
- Proficient in PC operations and inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage workflows inventory and team responsibilities effectively.
- Willingness to work shifts including 8hour rotations across three shifts.
- High attention to detail ensuring precision and accuracy in all responsibilities.
- Experience in process improvement and ISO process standardization.
- Familiarity with testing and calibrating gaming equipment.
