Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Relationship Building: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of medical or electronic products establishing strong longterm partnerships based on cost and quality standards.
- Market Research: Conduct indepth market research to discover reliable suppliers and stay uptodate with industry trends to proactively identify sourcing opportunities.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate favorable pricing terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals while ensuring all contracts align with company goals.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Oversee supplier performance to ensure timely deliveries consistent product quality and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with product development and logistics teams to understand specifications ensuring that sourced materials meet all required standards.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all sourcing activities including vendor agreements purchase orders and correspondence for efficient tracking.
- Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Actively monitor supplier performance and address any challenges related to delivery delays quality issues or pricing adjustments.
- Compliance & Regulation Awareness: Stay informed on healthcare and electronics industry regulations and ensure all sourced products comply with relevant safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize sourcing processes improve cost efficiencies and streamline operations for better supply chain management.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Fluent in both Chinese and English with superior negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sourcing or procurement ideally in healthcare or electronics
- Strong market research and supplier evaluation abilities
- Experience with contract management and supplier performance monitoring
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fastpaced remote work environment
