Head of Product

Join a team of leaders (CTO CISO Head of Research) and skilled experts (R&D Infrastructure and Security Engineers) to build the leading blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. Were seeking a Head of Product to enhance client experiences create new product ideas and develop PMF strategies. This role requires leading diverse teams across engineering and marketing demanding both technical expertise and strong business acumen. With a proven ability to manage the entire product lifecyclefrom concept to launchyoull thrive in this role if you are a strategic thinker and market analyst. As Head of Product you are the products visionary and advocate shaping its vision design development and gotomarket plan. Your mission is to deliver impactful scalable products on time and with measurable success.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the big picture to your team prioritize tasks on the product roadmap and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Be a source of ideas for all productrelated matters.
• Represent the company as a product evangelist at public events.
• Develop a product vision and strategy that aligns with customer needs and growth.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from design to launch.
• Define roadmaps that align with feasibility time cost strategy and impact.
• Lead the product team by hiring mentoring and fostering a clientfocused culture.
• Implement scalable processes and methods for product development.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct user research market trends analysis and partnerships to evaluate ROI.
• Write and maintain both internal and external product documentation.
• Facilitate communication and knowledgesharing across teams.
• Test new product ideas to foster innovation within the team.
• Work with the CMO and marketing team to execute product launches.
• Partner with the CTO and product team to turn feedback into new features.
• Collaborate with the CISO to integrate security processes into specs and workflows.
• Evaluate competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Stay updated on crypto and blockchain developments to guide strategic decisions.
• Participate in client meetings to gain insights for improving the product and pitch it.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience as a PM Head of Product or a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing the full product development lifecycle scaling APIfirst platforms and building products that drive significant revenue growth.
• Proven success in developing developer tools cybersecurity software and APIs.
• Good understanding of blockchain technology and public key cryptography.
• Handson experience in financial industries (e.g. banking payments trading).
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in crypto financial services and global markets.
• Deep experience in datadriven decisionmaking leveraging analytics to optimize product performance and measure success.
• History of building and leading highperforming product teams.
• Knowledge of how to drive both better user experiences and developer experiences.
• Skilled at building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Outstanding writing presentation and public speaking skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the adaptability to pivot and innovate in a rapidly evolving market balancing customer needs with business priorities.
• Decisive under pressure and in uncertain situations.
• Personal experience in trading or using cryptocurrencies via a personal wallet is a bonus along with deep knowledge of crypto custody and its applications.

Compensation & Package

• Salary: $per year (fulltime work contract).
• Equity:stock options (i.e. 0.30.4%) vested over 4 years.
• Location: Eastern US (fully remote with optional access to office)
• Equipment: MacBook Pro and other work essentials.

3 Group Interview

• Focus interview with hiring panel (90 min).
